CAP/MR-DD Program DescriptionKingspointe Behavioral Healthcare Services, LLC provides specific services to those individuals of all ages who require an ICF-MR level of care. CAP-MR/DD is a Medicaid community care-funding source.The goals of the Community Alternatives Program for Person with Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities (CAP-MR/DD are consistent with reform of the system.
OUTPATIENT TREATMENT Therapy/Treatment Services Kingspointe Behavioral Healthcare Services, LLC provides outpatient therapy/treatment for consumers with a wide array of mental health diagnosis. These diagnoses include but are not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Substance Abuse, and Behavioral Disorders. Multiple types of counseling are available as well, including: Family Counseling, Marital Counseling, Counseling for Victims of Sexual Abuse, Counseling for Victims of Domestic Violence and Juvenile Sex Offender Program. Diagnostic Assessments Kingspointe Behavioral Healthcare Services, LLC performs diagnostic assessments through our outpatient services. Diagnostic assessments determine whether the recipient is appropriate for and can benefit from mental health, developmental disabilities, and/or substance abuse services based on the recipient’s diagnosis, presenting problems, and treatment/recovery goals. Results from a diagnostic include and interpretation of the assessment information, appropriate case formulation and order for immediate needs and the development of the person centered plan. Kingspointe may also be able to provide diagnostic assessments on a Mobile Basis, including in detention centers/jail, on a case-by-case basis.
YOUTH SEX OFFENDER TREATMENT PROGRAM Program DescriptionKingspointe Behavioral Healthcare Services, LLC offers a comprehensive therapeutic program for youth court involved for sexual offense through the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) or for founded cases of sex offenses by youth as identified by the Department of Social Services (DSS). Typically, these youth will be between the ages of 12-16. Kingspointe Behavioral Healthcare Services, LLC will continue to serve youth who were adjudicated in juvenile court through the age of 18. The program provides a wide array of services to help minimize the risk of a participant engaging in sexually inappropriate behavior. The primary treatment modalities include individual and group therapy, and residential treatment services.
ALTERNATIVE FAMILY LIVING (AFL) Program DescriptionThe alternative family living program is a residential service that Kingspointe provides supervision and monitoring of daily activities. Individuals live with a family who acts as a provider of supported services. The AFL provider is capable of providing a supportive, culturally normative, programmatically sound service that meets the physical, emotional and developmental needs of those served. ADDITIONAL SERVICES · Board Certified Psychiatrists are available for evaluation, consultation, and treatment as needed. · Licensed Professional Counselors provide and facilitate all counseling. · Employee Assistance Program services are offered. · On-site counseling is available. · Spanish interpretation will be arranged. · As well, we can work with clients with other language barriers including hearing impaired individuals. · Transportation assistance may be available.
